From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'NorthPlain started with an ambition: to offer true Neapolitan pizza in Rome. The Rossi family opened our doors in 1985, operating a quaint, family-managed eatery with ancient family recipes.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, was taught the secrets of pizza artisanship when she visited Italy and apprenticed under renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the origin city of pizza. Returning to the UK, her mission was to bring the wonder of original Italian pizza, adhering to classical methods and sourcing the best materials.
Originally a cozy 12-seat pizza shop, we've since become a cherished local eatery, yet our dedication to craftsmanship and genuineness remains unaltered. We continue embracing the traditional wood-fired oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and select top-grade ingredients.
Today, 'NorthPlain’s legacy lives on, still in the family, with the Rossi heirs leading the way. Though we've adopted new innovations, the essence of our enterprise stays unchanged: we create scrumptious, real pizzas that gather folks together.
